IAM Credentials do not seem to work in the latest update (2.2.0)

## Problem
IAM Credentials do not seem to work in the latest update (2.2.0)

## Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Have credentials logged in with valid token.
2. Open Nova Act Builder Mode Plugin in VS Code.
3. "Build with AWS Credentials" button greyed out and IMA Identity is Null at top.
4. Tried Clicking to "Configure credentials using aws configure in a terminal and validate them here" and nothing happened
5. Tried reinstalling plugin, ide, and even rebooting mac.
6. Installed Previous version (2.1.0) and it works.
7. Updated again to version (2.2.0) and it is not working.

## Expected behavior
IAM Authentication works in new version of the plugin.

- IDE version: 1.107.1 arm64
- Nova Act Version: 2.2.0 (currently on 2.1.0 where it works)

Reproduce the regression in the Nova Act Builder Mode Plugin for VS Code using macOS, version 2.2.0, and the reported credential setup, then compare the same steps with version 2.1.0. Start at the "Build with AWS Credentials" and credential-configuration entry points; done means the IAM identity is populated and the build button is enabled in 2.2.0.
