[BUG] Final query in OC Over RDF notebook returns no results

**Describe the bug**
The final query in OC Over RDF notebook returns no results. This is because a modification query is needed before this query.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Execute final query in notebook [02-Air-Routes-GeoNames.ipynb](https://github.com/aws/graph-notebook/blob/main/src/graph_notebook/notebooks/02-Neptune-Analytics/04-OpenCypher-Over-RDF/02-Air-Routes-GeoNames.ipynb)

To fix: insert new modification query to add missing edge.
