Description
[**Describe] the bug**
When using JupyterLab the Details popup cannot be resized to show more information, however in jupyter the popup is resizable
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Run a graph query
2. Click on Details button
3. Click on an item
4. Resize bars do not appear
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
**Expected behavior**
The details popip is resizable
