List previous queries in query editor

It would be nice to recall previously executed queries.

## Proposed Solution

It might make sense to use the empty state for the query results as the dashboard for this feature.

- Add a clear results button so the user can return to the empty state
- List previously executed queries with most recent on top
- Show 5-10 queries, older queries roll off
