[Feature Request] Improve the getting started experience for open source databases

For open-source databases such as Blazegraph or Gremlin Server

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently, to connect to Blazegraph or Gremlin Server, users need to manually change environment variables etc. as part of the docker build process, and this is not a low-code experience.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Can we make the configuration of all supported databases available in the UI?
