[Feature Request] Show list of neighbors, node types and edge types in expand sidebar

## Description

Show list of neighbors and edges when a node is selected.

## Preferred Solution

- New sidebar panel
- List neighbor nodes
- List connected edge types
- List neighbor node types with counts (similar to expand panel)
- Allow expanding specific neighbors
- Allow expanding all neighbors connected with edge type
- Allow expanding all neighbors matching node type

## Additional Context

Some features are similar to the expand panel. Perhaps those features can be consolidated in one place. The expand panel can be focused on advanced expansion operations. Or we could move the expand filters in to a modal, allowing all these new features to be in the expand panel.
