Change Expand Relationships Windows

## Description

In the expand relationships window it shows Neighbors and allows the user to expand by Neighbor node type. In some cases the user wants to expand by relationship type instead of node type.

## Preferred Solution

Add an option to switch expand types to relationships or show both in the display.
