Description

> **Initiative** — a body of work too big for one release, expressing a vision. This is a never-tracked container; the board tracks its children. Part of Roadmap #1943.

## Vision

A richer, more approachable styling system that lets users produce an attractive, legible graph with minimal effort — raising styling above raw Cytoscape values (a hex color, a border width applied per type) toward **intent** (presets, palettes, coordinated themes) and giving the editing surface (dialogs, sidebar/settings) a coherent, useful design.

## Scoping

Not yet charted. See the kickoff child (`wayfinder:kickoff`) for the brain dump of paths to explore and potential blockers. Run `/wayfinder` against this initiative to create the map, at which point the kickoff closes and the map owns the scoping route.

Research direction

Start with the kickoff child (wayfinder:kickoff) and the brain dump it contains; the issue says to run /wayfinder to create the scoping map. Treat the initiative as complete only when its styling-system vision has been scoped into actionable child work, noting that this issue is internal-only and does not accept external contributions.
