Add display label input to node/edge customization dialog

The input to customize the display label for node and edge types is currently only in the sidebar style panel.

It should be added to the customize style dialog as well. This reduces the coupling on the sidebar and allows the dialog to be used from anywhere with full functionality, even when the sidebar is not accessible or visible.
