Use display entities in bundles and scalar query results

Description
Update the query result logic to map patched result entities to display entities. This will involve adding a `DisplayBundle` and `DisplayScalar`.
This will fix:
* Renamed type names not being used in bundle display value
* Consolidate sparql prefix transforms
* Show predicate instead of ID in bundle value for SPARQL
