Ability to link EKS-D release to Platform Version on AWS EKS service

**What would you like to be added**:
- Some ability to link between [this page that is official AWS documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/platform-versions.html) to a released version of the relevant build here.

**Why is this needed**:
This helps keep up with documentation to show exactly what has changed between versions and would help include these details in any tool encouraging users to adopt the most recent release/version of Kubernetes for their team!

Start by reviewing the AWS platform versions page linked in the issue and the EKS-D release information it should reference. Determine where the relevant released builds are documented and define done as a maintained link between each AWS EKS platform version and its corresponding EKS-D release.
