question: Image version `aws-for-fluent-bit chart`

Hi all!

In the PR #903, there is a description with the following:
* Updated fluent-bit image to 2.31.2

However in the `Chart.yaml` file as well as in the `README.md`, it shows 2.28.4.

What am I missing?

Compare the version references in stable/aws-for-fluent-bit/Chart.yaml and stable/aws-for-fluent-bit/README.md with the changes described in PR #903. Read that pull request first, then determine whether the chart metadata and documented image tag need to be reconciled; done means the discrepancy is explained or the affected references agree.
