[aws-for-fluent-bit] Application logs on Windows nodes

**Is your feature request related to a problem?**
In my EKS cluster I have Linux and Windows nodes. As expected, the fluentbit pod fails on the windows node. I would like to send Application logs from the Windows nodes to Cloudwatch. In general, Fluentbit seems to support Windows: https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/installation/windows

Install stock fluentbit manually on the windows nodes.
