[aws-for-fluent-bit] Add Exclude_Path to default INPUT

It would be nice to be able to exclude log files from the default `INPUT` in `configmap.yaml` of the `aws-for-fluent-bit` chart.
I need to be able to implement [this configuration](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/Container-Insights-setup-logs-FluentBit.html#ContainerInsights-fluentbit-multiline).

Start in the aws-for-fluent-bit chart's configmap.yaml and compare the default INPUT with the linked Container Insights multiline configuration. Done means the default INPUT supports Exclude_Path while preserving the chart's existing configuration; no test path is mentioned.
