In https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/metrics-server/pull/670, we're discussing the potential value of having a helm chart for a service named 'metrics-server'. I suggested that we look at usage metrics for some other charts of kubernetes-sigs services to get an estimate of potential usage of a helm chart for 'metrics-server'.

If possible, it would be great to get some usage stats for the aws-load-balancer-controller chart.
