[aws-cloudwatch-metrics] add node affinity to the chart

I am looking to have a feature in aws-cloudwatch-metrics chart to allow install agents on tainted nodes. Our cluster is running a few tainted node, and it appears the chart isn't installing the agent to tainted node.

Start at the aws-cloudwatch-metrics chart entry point and inspect its values and rendered workload templates for existing scheduling settings. Confirm how the chart should target tainted nodes, then verify the rendered manifests support configurable scheduling so agents can be installed on the intended nodes.
