Has been merged. No sign of chart in the repo.

helm repo update
**Expected outcome**
VPC CNI 1.23.0 chart should be available

* Chart version: v1.23.0

* Using EKS (yes/no), if so version?

Trying to build a wrapper. Dependency doesn't resolve
