[aws for fluentbit] support pod labels in the chart

Sort of. Without being able to add pod labels to the pods this chart creates we cannot use templated log group names with it and it results in us having to exclude these pods from logging.

add a podLabels value to the helm chart

Start by locating the aws for fluentbit Helm chart, its values, and the pod templates it renders. Add the requested podLabels value and verify that the generated pods receive those labels, including the templated log-group use case described in the issue.
