Description
The `Releases` CRD is a releases manifest used by the CLI to get the latest bundle information to use for our dependencies. Just like we install the `Bundles` CRD on the EKS-A cluster, we should also install the releases one so that we can have more information on information like what version of the CLI was used to create the cluster.
