Bottlerocket OVAs with SCSI controller

Could Bottlerocket OVAs be made available with an SCSI controller instead of an NVME controller?

**Why is this needed**:
At high and sustained IO load, ESX VMs with an NVME controller are occasionally rendered inoperable in our environment.
We have been working with our hardware vendor (Dell PowerEdge) to identify root cause but with no solution in sight. We have as a result been forced into building our own Ubuntu OVAs (with a SCSI controller) to work around it. But would ideally prefer to leverage Bottlerocket optimizations.

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. First locate the Bottlerocket OVA build and publication path, then determine where the ESX virtual disk controller is configured; done means an available OVA using SCSI instead of NVMe and validation that it works under sustained I/O load.
