Documentation on how to upgrade a cluster associated with a non-mutable `VSphereDatacenterConfig.thumbprint` after vCenter certificate is rotated.
**Why is this needed**:
EKS-A clusters associated with an expired `VSphereDatacenterConfig.thumbprint` cannot be upgraded.
