Add cli input to cli log in support bundle

**What would you like to be added**:
I would like the command and arguments added to the cli log file.

**Why is this needed**:
Currently the cli support bundle shows that the output was, and what failed, but does not show what the input was. Which means we have to infer the expected outcome from the log file output.

No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating the CLI support-bundle code that writes the CLI log and trace how command output and failures are captured. Done means the log records the invoked command and arguments alongside its output.
