Description

**What happened**:
I looked at the instructions on how to do an etcd snapshot at:
https://anywhere.eks.amazonaws.com/docs/tasks/cluster/etcd-backup-restore/
and realized they only cover using the Ubuntu OVA images, not bottlerocket.

**What you expected to happen**:
As it looks like bottlerocket is the prefered solution, I expected there to be a documented procedure for bottlerocket based clusters as well.

**How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)**:

**Anything else we need to know?**:

**Environment**:
- EKS Anywhere Release:
- EKS Distro Release:

Research direction

Start with the linked etcd backup and restore documentation and compare its Ubuntu OVA procedure with the Bottlerocket-based cluster context described in this issue. Document a supported Bottlerocket procedure in the appropriate EKS Anywhere documentation, including enough steps for users to perform and verify an etcd snapshot.
