Allow User To Specify vSphere Template Directory

As a user, I would like to be able to specify which directory my templates are auto-imported to.

**Why is this needed**:

Right now, templates are auto-imported to a hardcoded top-level `Templates` directory.

Start by locating the vSphere template auto-import code and the hardcoded top-level `Templates` directory described in the issue. Trace how import behavior is configured, then determine how a user-specified directory should be supplied and verify that templates are imported there instead.
