When deleting a cluster 🎉 Cluster deleted! output is missing

**What happened**:
After the successful deletion of a cluster, there is no 🎉 Cluster deleted! message.

I want to see 🎉 Cluster deleted! after the successful deletion of a cluster

**How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)**:
Delete a cluster

**Environment**:
- EKS Anywhere Release: v0.11.1
- EKS Distro Release:

Reproduce the issue by deleting a cluster with EKS Anywhere v0.11.1, then trace the cluster deletion command's success-output path. Done means a successful deletion visibly prints "🎉 Cluster deleted!" while failure behavior remains unchanged.
