WSL2 Won't standup EKS Anywhere when following local setup from docs

I'm trying to follow the ubuntu setup steps to get EKS anywhere to work on WSL2 but keep hitting an issue with cert-manager.

As far as I've found, there's nothing to explicitly say that WSL2 is or isn't supported- so apologies if this is known/not meant to even work!
