Description

**What would you like to be added**:
An eks-a simple flow e2e test where a CloudStack cluster is creating with an account in a CloudStack subdomain

**Why is this needed**:
Creating a cluster in a subdomain is never tested manually but there are some complex implicit contracts between eks-a and CAPC where a lot can go wrong

Research direction

Start by locating existing eks-a simple-flow end-to-end tests and the CloudStack/CAPC cluster-creation entry points; this issue names no files or test paths. Add coverage for creating a CloudStack cluster with an account in a subdomain, then run the relevant simple-flow e2e test and confirm that creation succeeds.
