**What would you like to be added**:
Currently the Snow Admin AMI is very large (50G). It takes more than 10 minutes to import the images. Some images are not used for provisioning snow cluster. For example,
- Provider controller images (capv, capc, capt, etc.)
- HA proxy?
- Bottlerocket images (not for GA)
Should we remove these images to decrease the admin AMI size?
