Take user inputs for the host paths mounted to cli execution

**What would you like to be added**:
Taking user input for an array of host paths to be mounted to the cli container.

**Why is this needed**:
A certain customer uses custom root CAs for their cloud provider servers. In this case, the host paths containing those CA files needs to be mounted to the eksa cli container so that the preflight checks can be done without ignoring cert check errors.

The issue names no source file, entry point, or test. Start by tracing the Go CLI's container execution and how host paths are configured; done means user-provided host paths can be mounted for preflight checks so custom root CAs work without ignoring certificate errors.
