Support Bundle: find logs indicating issue communicating with VSphere API

When a workload cluster control plane node cannot communicate with the vsphere api, a cluster will fail to provision.

We need to add a check to the support bundle which finds the log statements which indicate this problem and highlight them in the analysis output.

Start at the support bundle's existing log-check and analysis-output entry points, then identify the VSphere API communication log statements to match. Done means the bundle highlights those statements when a workload cluster control plane node cannot communicate with the VSphere API.
