[EKS] [request]: Allowing to modify EKS CW log group path.

**Tell us about your request**
Currently every EKS cluster create own CW `/aws/eks/${cluster_name}/cluster`. We are not able to change it which could be annoying when you have a design for log path.

**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
Currently we have situation when we can have multiple `env` in one account. We have own CW design and we would like to have ablility to provide CW path durgin EKS provisioning or the CW log group preffix.

Nope
