**Tell us about your request**
EC2 has a Free Tier, giving you access to CPU, memory, storage for free, up to a level. It would be great to have a Free Tier of similar capacities for Fargate. This allows one to learn Fargate without paying any costs, just like they can learn ECS on EC2.
**Which service(s) is this request for?**
Fargate
**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
The Free Tier is great for learning about AWS services on a personal basis. With ECS, you can run with EC2 within the Free Tier limits, but you can't with Fargate. This limits people's ability to experiment with Fargate.
**Are you currently working around this issue?**
Paying. :)

Research direction
The request concerns an AWS Fargate free tier comparable to the EC2 Free Tier. No repository files, tests, or implementation entry points are identified, so begin by reviewing the roadmap context and AWS Fargate pricing documentation; done would require an announced or implemented free-tier offering.
