It seems the public AWS ECR repository `602401143452.dkr.ecr.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/eks/coredns:v1.6.6` used by EKS kube-system components doesn't allow listing of tags. Why does the repository block tag listing?

**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
I have created a tool to check new versions of Helm charts and Docker containers running in the cluster . But because the repository doesn't allow to list tags it is not possible to see which new version has come out.
