[EKS][request]:Fine grained IAM permissions to manage EKS

There is no AWS documentation which lists the minimum IAM permissions required for IAM user/role to manage EKS cluster using eksctl/aws-cli/console

To increase the security posture around IAM roles which manage an EKS cluster, minimum IAM permissions required to create/manage an EKS cluster is not documented anywhere.

How are you currently solving this problem?
By manually creating IAM roles with required permissions.
