EKS Testing For Future Kubernetes Versions

Hello team! There have been a lot of dialogue recently about EKS being behind when it comes to Kubernetes releases. It would be helpful to create conformance tests made publicly available so the EKS team can come out with newer versions more quickly, and the community can benefit from having test cases to be wary of. It’d be great to know everyone’s thoughts!
