**Tell us about your request**
The aws-efa-k8s-device-plugin is managed via helm chart https://github.com/aws/eks-charts/tree/master/stable/aws-efa-k8s-device-plugin. There are periodic updates to the image for the plugin, but there are no release notes or changelog for the changes to the image. Providing release notes for the plugin will be useful in understanding the difference between versions as customers upgrade.

Updating the plugin on test environments for longer periods of time before promotion.
