I think to work for vac we need to be ebs-csi-controller should be 1.35+ but when we upgrade this addon to eks volumeattributeclass flag do not get added automatically while upgrade , we need to reboot deployment or again need to remove addon and add again addon to work on this feature

Start with the EKS add-on upgrade path and the ebs-csi-controller version 1.35+ mentioned in the report. Reproduce an upgrade where the VolumeAttributeClass flag is missing, comparing it with a deployment reboot or removing and re-adding the add-on. Done means the flag is added automatically during upgrade without those workarounds.
