[EKS] [Requesting Feedback] Support for Deploying to Kubernetes from CloudFormation

This would be an AWS CloudFormation Resource Type[s] for deploying Kubernetes resources, the idea would be a generic type that would allow you to deploy any number of Kubernetes resources from CFN.

**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
Right now to deploy to a Kubernetes cluster you must configure your CLI or a CI/CD pipeline to use kubectl and apply manifests when something changes. This would bring AWS and Kubernetes closer allowing you to create a single CFN stack that can deploy AWS resources and Kubernetes resources at the same time. Allowing you to use CFN Ref and Fn::* to add dynamic data into your Kubernetes resources.
