**Tell us about your request**
I hope there can be work done speeding up profile creation or gain insight in what happens during the creation time.
**Which service(s) is this request for?**
EKS Fargate
**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
Currently it takes a little more than 5 minutes just to create a profile. This slows down the startup of deployments. The creation time is always between the 5:05 and 5:45 minutes.

Research direction
The issue provides no repository files, tests, or implementation entry points. Start by examining EKS Fargate profile creation timing and the Terraform AWS provider 5.58.0 API call, then establish whether the delay is service-side and what measurable change or diagnostic output would count as done.
