[ECS][Fargate] [request]: Support for maintenance coverage

We would like to have a simple way to check the status of Fargate task maintenance.

This is forE ECS Fargate.

**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
We ultimately want to easily confirm the status of Fargate task maintenance. Currently, as a workaround, we're checking the create time of tasks guided by AWS Support, but this isn't intuitive. Additionally, the AWS Health Dashboard's "affected resources" are not updated, making it challenging to resolve the issue.
