Ask- Propagate ECS Service tags to Cloudformation getting created in behind the console or able to create tags for Cloudformation while creating ecs service.

issue- Cx have service control policy which does not allow them to create cloudformation stack without a specific tag and as ECS Service cloudformation stack autoamtically gets created, cx cannot add/create or propogate tags for the same, which blocks them creating ecs service using ecs console.

Start by reviewing how the ECS console creates the underlying CloudFormation stack during ECS service creation. Clarify whether the expected behavior is to propagate ECS Service tags, allow CloudFormation tags as input, or both, using the reported service control policy constraint as the acceptance case. Done means customers can create the ECS service when the stack requires a specific tag.
