**Tell us about your request**
Please support the newer filesystems on Fargate (FSx Lustre, FSx OpenZFS)
**Which service(s) is this request for?**
Fargate / EKS
**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
We are building a service using EKS and cloud storage (FSx Lustre and FSx OpenZFS), and want to enable Fargate for variable and batch workloads / autoscaling. Unfortunately, the storage requirements of Fargate prohibit us from doing this. If the Fargate nodes made use of the CSI drivers and could mount such PVs, then we would be functional!
**Are you currently working around this issue?**
Our only workaround presently is to not use Fargate

Research direction
The request concerns Fargate and EKS PersistentVolumes using FSx Lustre and FSx OpenZFS. No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue, so start by reviewing the repository's roadmap conventions and existing Fargate storage-related requests. Done means documenting or delivering support for mounting these filesystem-backed volumes on Fargate, with the required scope clarified by maintainers.
