[ EKS ] Increase the number of allowed CIDR blocks in EKS Networking configuration for managing public access. Current one only supports 40 CIDR blocks which is very less.

Please consider increasing it to 150 or 200


Start with the EKS Networking configuration described in this issue and verify the current public-access limit of 40 CIDR blocks. Done would mean AWS supports the requested larger limit, such as 150 or 200, for public access filtering.
