I am creating a windows nanoserver container and looking to install the aws cli - but I can't seem to install it due to the lack of msi

Is there a way recommended way to install the aws cli on a nanoserver container?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the AWS CLI installation attempt in a Windows Nano Server container and document the missing MSI constraint. Check whether an official supported installation path exists for the AWS CLI in that environment; done means a validated recommendation or an explicit support decision.
