Checking access between an ECS cluster and ALB

I am trying to check access between ECS container and and ALB in the front-end. However, I don't see any utility that can do this task or any generic utility that can check permissions between 2 resources by analyzing the security groups assigned. Since AWS anyway checks right permission between 2 resources through a variety of methods(security group, NACL etc) before allowing traffic I think providing a utility to pre-validate should be doable task.
Can we expect such a feature soon ?
