**Tell us about your request**
Can you set "CriticalAddonsOnly" as the default toleration like other add-ons?

**Which service(s) is this request for?**
EKS

**Additional context**
We want to deploy all add-ons on the separate node group with the Application. We are using the "CriticalAddonsOnly" toleration key.

Research direction

Start by locating the EKS EFS CSI driver add-on configuration and its Kubernetes toleration settings; the issue identifies the CriticalAddonsOnly key and the separate node group use case. Done means the add-on has that default toleration and the behavior is verified for deployments on the intended node group.
