ECR image tags should be modifiable(add/edit/delete) via AWS console. The same functionality is available in google cloud which helps you to add/edit/delete tags from ECR images.

**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
It is quite easy to just edit the ECR image tags from the AWS console rather than running the container engine commands.

Using docker commands every time from the local system.
