[EFS] [Mount on Windows EC2]: Support Mounting EFS on EC2 windoes instance.

**Tell us about your request**
Support EFS mounting on EC2 Windows servers, we have a requirement to mount EFS on ECS Fargate and a Windows EC2 instance. Its a nightmare now to find a possible alternates.

**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
We have a Windows ec2 instance from which we can have a SMB share, which cannot be mounted. other option we could think of is to mount EFS or FSX on both sides. Unfortunately none of them are supported.

**Are you currently working around this issue?**
No solution yet, trying to do some cron from a lambda to sync between smb share and the EFS share.
