Description

Hi there,

### Summary
I'm currently using the amazon-ecs-agent and I think it would be valuable to have an option to automatically terminate an instance after a certain number of consecutive failed tasks. This would help prevent instances from continuing to run when they are no longer able to perform their tasks correctly, and would help reduce costs by preventing instances from running unnecessarily.

### Description
Specifically, I would like to request that an option be added to the ECS agent that would allow instances to be terminated automatically after a specified number of failed tasks. For example, I would like to be able to specify that an instance should be terminated after 4 failed tasks.

Our use case involves running critical tasks, and it's important that we are able to detect and handle failures quickly to prevent any negative impact. Having the ability to automatically terminate instances after a certain number of failed tasks would greatly improve our ability to monitor and manage our environment.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or if you have any questions about our process. Thank you for your consideration.

Best regards,

Nizan
