Allow Configuration of Load Balancer annotations through IngressClassParams
Which service(s) is this request for?
AWS Load Balancer Controller
Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
Currently trying to use Third-party Helm charts to provision EKS ALB Ingress but we need the listener ports defined as 80 and 443; however, most Third-party Helm charts are immutable and do not allow the configuration of load balancer annotations.
Are you currently working around this issue?
No.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the AWS Load Balancer Controller's IngressClassParams behavior and how third-party Helm charts expose load balancer annotations. Done means IngressClassParams can configure the required load balancer annotations, including listener ports 80 and 443, without changing immutable charts.
